Major: Public Policy with a minor in Economics

I am a senior at Duke University working towards a degree in Public Policy and a minor in Economics. I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up, but each day it’s looking more and more like I will find myself in the business world.

Like most Dukies I’m involved in a variety of extracurricular around campus, but two of the ones I’m very passionate about are the Duke University Student Financial Aid Advisory Committee and my work with Accion Emprendedora. These activities allow me to cause change within the Duke community and within the Durham community.

Social change and human rights are two of my biggest passions, a fact that amuses many of my friends. Who knew it was possible to want to be a banker and want so save the world?

What else can I say about myself? I’m a proud blue devil and former resident of the best freshman dorm ever to exist. GO BASSETT! I’m a Cameron Crazy and one of my best college memories is participating in the walk up line to see the Duke vs. UNC game my freshman year.
